REGISTRATION

Who can attend?

Registration for the 24th IAP Annual Conference and General Meeting in Buenos Aires, Argentina is open for official representatives of IAP Organisational Members, IAP Individual Members as well as for some special invited observers and guests. Please note: The IAP reserves the right to refuse registration from members who are not up to date with their payment of membership fee.

 

Partner Programme Policy

IAP is committed to provide a professional and productive working environment and atmosphere throughout the conference period, also during the night events. Participants are entitled to register their partner for the special “Partner Programme”, which includes 3-night events. Partners are not entitled to attend the Professional Networking Night, Tuesday 17 September 2019.

 

Limitation of participants

The number of participants is limited to 500. Registrations will be accepted on a “first-come first-served” basis. The host reserves the right to limit the number of delegates from countries that are over-represented to ensure an equal balance in regional representation.

* Participants are not entitled to attend the Accompanying Persons’ Programme.

 

Day Participants are entitled to the following:

- All official documentation including the conference programme and proceedings

- Morning and afternoon refreshment breaks related to the day(s) of participation

- Lunches related to the day(s) of participation

- Social night events held on the day(s) of participation

- Any bus transfers related to the social programme

- Conference bags

- List of participants

 

Partners are entitled to the following:

- Opening and Closing Ceremonies (Monday morning/Thursday afternoon)

- Welcome Reception

- Conference Dinner

- Farewell Reception

- Accompanying Persons part-day programme (Monday 16 September)

- Accompanying Persons full-day programme (Wednesday 18 September)

- Any bus transfers related to the social programme

* Accompanying Persons are not entitled to attend the Professional Networking Event taking place Tuesday 11 September

Should you prefer to pay the fee through a wire transfer; Please forward the receipt of the bank remittance to the IAP Secretariat by e-mail ed@iap-association.org.

Please note: Any charges related to a bank transfer rest solely with the payer.

 

Receipt

When payment has been successfully processed the IAP Secretariat will send a letter (voucher) confirming your participation in the conference. This voucher is your ticket for the conference. Please note: You will be asked to present the voucher to the conference staff, when picking up your conference badge and material at the Registration Desk located at Buenos Aires Convention Centre

Cancellation/Changes

If you need to cancel your participation for any reason, please notify the LOC in writing.

 

Terms of cancellation refunds

- Cancellations received on or before 15 June 2019


100% of the registration fee will be refunded – except from 5% covering administration expenses


- Cancellations received on or before 1 August 2019


50% of the registration fee will be refunded


- Cancellations received on or after 2 August 2019


We regret that no refunds will be issued. Substitutions will be accepted at any time up to 6 September 2019 provided that full details are submitted to the LOC.
